The Westside Costa Mesa Redevelopment project was approved by the City of Costa Mesa which started transforming this mostly industrial area to a more urban landscape. Being one of the last large pieces of coastal property that has not been utilized to its highest and best use, the new homes on the westside provide great opportunities for buyers who want to be walking distance to the beach without the million dollar price tag. Most of the developments in this zone are tri-level homes and condos with beautiful rooftop decks, some which have unobstructed 360 degree views of Catalina Island. The style of homes are mostly urban and consist of mixed use residential and commercial.
